Our Fabrication Capabilities
Our Lexington fabrication shop is equipped with the tools and expertise to transform standard IBC totes into specialized equipment. We do HDPE cutting and welding, steel cage modification and welding, plumbing and fitting installation, insulation work, and precision assembly.
Every custom project starts with a consultation. You describe the problem, we design the solution, and we provide a detailed estimate before any work begins. No surprises, no hidden costs.
What We Build
Secondary Containment
EPA-compliant spill containment basins fabricated from IBC tote materials. Single and double-tote configurations. Includes drain plugs and inspection access.
Mixing Stations
IBC totes fitted with mixer mounts, sight glasses, graduated markings, and multi-port connections for batch mixing operations.
Elevated Dispensing Frames
Steel frame structures that raise IBC totes for gravity-fed dispensing. Includes ladder access, valve controls, and drip containment.
Multi-Tote Manifolds
Two to six IBC totes plumbed together with equalization and common draw. Multiply capacity without changing infrastructure.
Insulated Enclosures
Thermal blankets and heating elements for cold-weather operations. Thermostat-controlled to maintain optimal temperatures.
Rainwater Harvesting Systems
Complete multi-barrel rainwater collection systems with first-flush diverters, filtration, and pressurized distribution.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our shop builds spill containment pallets, multi-tote manifold systems, mixing and blending stations, dispensing carts, heated insulation jackets, hose station integrations, custom outlet conversions, and one-off projects engineered to a customer drawing. Most builds start from reconditioned IBC totes and cages.
Lead times vary by complexity, but most standard modifications ship within two to four weeks of design approval. Complex multi-component systems or one-off engineering projects can take six to eight weeks. We share a target ship date with every quote and update you weekly during fabrication.
Yes. We fabricate single and multi-tote spill containment pallets sized for 275 and 330 gallon IBC totes, meeting EPA SPCC secondary containment guidance with at least 110% of primary capacity. Containment can be supplied with grating, drain plugs, and forklift-rated bases.
Yes. We build two-, three-, and four-tote manifold systems with shared discharge, common fill, or recirculation configurations. Materials are matched to your chemistry — PVC, polypropylene, or stainless — and every manifold is pressure-tested before it leaves the shop with documentation included.
Send us a sketch, photo, or written description of the system you need via the contact form or by email. We respond within one business day, ask follow-up engineering questions, and deliver a fixed-price written quote with target lead time, scope, and materials within three business days.
