Used Product Disclaimer

Our products are primarily used and reconditioned containers. While we thoroughly clean and inspect each item, used products may have cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality. Product grades (A, B, C) reflect the expected cosmetic condition.

Food-Grade Certification

Only containers explicitly marked and certified as food-grade should be used for food or potable water applications. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the container grade meets their intended use requirements.

Limitation of Liability

IBC Kentucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or service in question.
